The basic concept of the Delivery Works system is protected by UK Patent GB2425206

The key communications feature that frees the Delivery Works box from the need for an internet or telephone connection is covered by UK Patent GB2460591. There is also a corresponding US patent 8358195.

All patents are owned by and registered in the name of the Company.

The Company also owns the UK Registered Trademark No 2450999 for DELIVERY WORKS in respect of boxes and delivery services.

The code and design details are protected by company copyright and are confidential.

The design of the box is protected by unregistered design right.
